• Any third-party costs required for services (such as advertising spend, domain registrations, premium plugins, or external tools) may be billed separately unless otherwise specified in writing.

   

All payments made to Golden Stallion Web Agency are considered non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

11. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of services, clients agree to provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner.

Client responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing accurate business information and contact details

   

• Supplying branding materials such as logos, images, and written content when required

   

• Granting access to relevant accounts or platforms when necessary (such as hosting, social media, advertising platforms, or domain providers)

   

• Reviewing and approving project deliverables within reasonable timeframes

   

Delays in providing required materials, feedback, or approvals may result in project delays, for which Golden Stallion Web Agency shall not be held responsible.

Golden Stallion Web Agency is not responsible for the accuracy of any content, claims, or materials supplied by the client..

12. Service Suspension and Termination

Golden Stallion Web Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of services.

If a client fails to make payment within the agreed timeframe, Golden Stallion Web Agency may, at its discretion, suspend or restrict access to services until the outstanding balance has been settled.

Services that may be suspended include, but are not limited to:

• Website access or maintenance
• Search engine optimization (SEO) services
• Social media management
• Paid advertising campaign management
• Website functionality or related technical services

Suspension of services due to non-payment may result in temporary disruption of the client’s website, marketing campaigns, or online presence. Golden Stallion Web Agency shall not be held liable for any loss of business, revenue, traffic, or data that may occur as a result of such suspension.

If an outstanding balance remains unpaid for an extended period, Golden Stallion Web Agency reserves the right to permanently terminate services.

In cases where services are terminated due to non-payment, clients may be required to settle all outstanding balances before services are restored.

13. Ownership of Website and Digital Assets

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all websites, designs, code, graphics, marketing materials, and other digital assets created by Golden Stallion Web Agency remain the intellectual property of Golden Stallion Web Agency until full payment for the related services has been received.

Upon full payment of all invoices related to a project, ownership of the final deliverables may be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party tools, licensed software, templates, plugins, or platforms used to build or operate the website.

Golden Stallion Web Agency retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a client fails to complete payment for a project, Golden Stallion Web Agency reserves the right to:

• Withhold delivery of website files, source code, or other digital assets
• Disable or remove the website from hosting services provided by Golden Stallion Web Agency
• Revoke access to services or systems related to the project

Any third-party services required for a website or marketing campaign (such as domain registration, hosting providers, advertising platforms, plugins, or software licenses) remain subject to the terms and policies of those respective providers.

Clients are responsible for maintaining any required third-party accounts or subscriptions necessary for their website or marketing services to function properly.
